Infant – Toddler

Did you know that 80% of a child’s brain develops by age 3?

What we’ve learned through our research is that early learning programs in the earliest years of age are under-funded. We work to support early learning and care providers by increased access to quality infant-toddler practices and settings for families for children birth to age three. Practices to reach these goals include coaching/mentoring models, progressive intentional infant-toddler training and learning communities.

It’s about the babies.

Our research partners at HighScope, in collaboration with infant-toddler specialists assist us with developing a data collection plan and logic model to provide qualitative data to “tell the story” of this work. Michigan’s Infant-Toddler specialists have been invited to join the Region V (5) Technical Assistant national conference to share more about our model and their journey in this work.
